Andrew is responsible for managing Department of Economic and Community Development's efforts to attract and retain foreign businesses in Tennessee. In the four years that he has worked for the Department he has revamped the FDI attraction program adding 7 new foreign representatives in European and Asian countries. He is also in charge of coordinating the Governor and Commissioner foreign travel and ensuring that the Department is well represented at numerous trade shows and events around the globe.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, he received his Masters degree from Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelors degree in public policy from American University. In addition to Washington and Nashville, he has spent significant amounts of time working and studying in Italy, Belgium, India, and Thailand.
